Went for a one hour massage today. I believe my masseuse was named " Eileen ( not sure of exact spelling). She was so polite, friendly and professional. The massage itself was very good, as she listened to what trouble areas I had. The environment is very relaxing and clean. I would recommend this place. I will definitely become a repeat customer.

I have had many massages before in my life. But, Medi Spa is the best massage that I had in my life. Staff is lovely and easy going. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great massage in Richmond!!!

This place is the best massage centre in town. The is a legitimate Medical Spa FYI. Iv been going here for three months the masseuses here are very good and they have helped my get relief from major back pain and leg pain. I specially am writing this review for a Masseuse named Lin. So far she is the best massage therapist I have come across. She was polite,she asked me about the exact issues I was facing, recommended what massage I should get and finally her massage was just perfect. We also had great chat during the massage :-). Thank you Lin !! if you ever read this and fellow google users ask For Lin you'll be doing yourself a favour. (update) there is a masseuse named Reiko she is also very professional and amazing to say the least!! Thank you Reiko, you have fixed this broken man many times!! Hope management knows how lucky they are to have people like y'all :-)

I've been driving from North Vancouver on a regular basis over the last 2 years. I'm a bit of a massage rat and it took me a very long time to find a place as nice and clean as Steveston Medi Spa, June the owner is great, very polite and professional. However, the reason I go back there time and time again is because of Lydia the best massage I've ever received. Professional, courteous, friendly, cute and knows her stuff. I'm a big believer in positive energy, wellness and healing through physical touch. I'm no longer in search of the perfect massage and/or masseuse, I've found her. Thank you Lydia for all your energy and conversation, you rock!

It's not too expensive, most of the people give good massage, especially Yui, takumi, Kim, kanae (I think that's her name). Gives you a comfortable atmosphere to relax for however long you are there for.

I’m so glad that I found this place, everyone are very professional and made me feel welcomed. I come here mostly for massages, the spa gets quite busy at times, make sure to book an appointment to save a spot.

First time I've experienced a heated mssage table and let me tell ya ..its fricken awesome...i was cold going in there and within minutes i was in la la land...my massage lasted 45 mins and cost me 45 bucks...genie is very strong for skinny woman and she did an awesome job..highly recommendded

went here on a whim with the hubby since we are vacationing in vancouver for the week and it was amazing. you are NOT gonna get an all out day spa with sauna, pool, hot tub, etc... what you will get is a clean place and a good massage for a GREAT price. yes, they may have a sign for min $10 tip, but at a normal massage place you would be paying much more. BOTH my hubby and i loved our massages and wished we did the 2 hour one instead (we did the 90 min), but oh wells. my masseuse constantly checked in on room temp as well as firmness of the massage which i appreciated. my hubby even wants to do a round 2 later on tonight.... but alas we leave tomorrow... if we lived around here i would say we would venture here often!

What can I say but wow. Hubby and i were pretty sore today and didn't quite want to do much. Called up at 230 and got an appointment for 2 people for an hour at 4pm. I could not believe how much better i felt afterwards! Will definetly be making future stops there! Thanks Kim!!

The best massages I have ever had!! Been going for 6 months now. 2 hrs for $95 can't beat that and all the masseuses are professional and tops at their craft! Highly recommend this spa!

This is really a nice professional spa. I recommend getting a combo of Swedish and Thai 1hr massage. It's really worth it. Especially if you work out and swim like me

I came here to celebrate Mother's Day with my mom. We were interested in getting a classic facial for the both of us ($55 / 45 minutes); and were mainly there about pore extractions.
We were both with June and she did a thorough job. If you've ever had an extraction, it's when your pores are cleaned using facial tools. It's uncomfortable / slightly painful especially when your pores a really deep and full of dirt. I felt June did a great job and really assessed my skin and extracted all my clogged pores; and my mom and I were extremely happy with our results. I've never seen my pores so small and clean after any facial I've been to.
I will be returning to Steveston medi spa in the future for more facials.

Outstanding massages. Staff and owner very nice. Most of the girls give a 9 out of 10 massage and few that are a 10. Kanei (I think I spelt it right) is my to go to girl. (Tall, skinny, Japanese) she is off Sunday and Thursday I think. Well worth the wait. Book in advance if you can, they can get booked up 3 pm on. I like the 90 minute massage, 60 min just makes me want more and the last 10 min is like the last day of a 7 day vacation, you wish it would never end and that you had booked the 10 day vacation lmao.

I came here for waxing. I wasn't really impressed, as I left with wax still on me as well as stray hairs. From my past experience, usually spas clean you up before the customer leave, so you don't have the sticky black marks on you. Perhaps waxing isn't their strength. I may come back from their massages.

For the price and the service you can't beat it. The spa rooms are very nice and calming. The esthetician working on you knows what she's doing. I fell asleep during my facial I was so relaxed. My skin glowed afterwards!

I love this spa.
The first time, I came here my back was as hard as stone from work stress. I came out feeling like a human being. Next day, I even felt more relaxed at work.
Since then, I've had five massages, two classic facials and two acne facials. (I know I'm spoiling myself, but they have very reasonable prices.)
June, my massage therapist, is very sensitive. She knows when to apply light pressure and when to go a little deeper. She is warm, sweet and thoughtful. Moreover, she can tell when I feel like chatting or when I need silence.
I really enjoyed the classic facials. It's just the most relaxing feeling in the world, and afterwards I felt like my skin breathed better. The acne facials have helped my acne as well.
I like this spa so much that I booked a massage and facial combo for my mom. She went in wound up tight from a bad headache. She came out looking relaxed, pretty and very satisfied.
Overall I'm very pleased with this spa, and couldn't recommend it any higher.
